Springlings Baby reimagined baby teething solutions with natural, safe products designed to simplify parenting. They came to us mid product-development with a strong concept, but needed a strategic social game-plan to bring it to life. Our role? To help fine-tune their branding and develop a social media strategy that would generate buzz, build credibility, and spark engagement leading up to the launch. The result: a fully developed, consistently branded reality with an established social media community that was ready to support their debut. From Baby Steps to Big Wins

While the Springlings team developed their product, we worked on refining the brand and establishing a social media presence that effectively reflected their values and helped them connect with their audience. This simultaneous effort allowed us to share product information with an established online audience that was educated and ready for their product’s arrival.

We started from scratch, carefully considering their goals, target market, and current best social media practices. We needed to generate brand assets to accomplish this, including capturing and sourcing on-brand image content, as well as creating graphic design elements. 

Soft pastels, neutral tones, and a helpful, inspiring tone of voice in the captions combined to reflect Springling Baby’s naturally soothing products and built trust, simplicity, and youthfulness. These elements came together in a cohesive, on-brand social media feed that resonated with their audience.

With a background in thin film nutritional products and pharmaceuticals, the Springlings Baby team were already creating amazing in-house resources, from blog posts to helpful guides for new parents. We this educational content and turned it into scroll-stopping visuals that felt approachable to parents and caretakers within the growing online community. Their core demographic needed a reliable source of information and reassurance as they navigated the challenges (and joys!) of parenthood.
